Questions, answered

Does the light show where to stop?

The LED lights up the nail at the blade, which makes the inside of many nails easier to see. On very dark nails it helps, but always trim a little at a time and stop early.

What batteries does it use?

It runs on three LR44 button cells, which sit inside the handle. Switch the light off after use to make them last.

Is it good for big dogs?

It's best for cats and small to medium dogs. Very thick nails on large breeds are easier with heavy-duty clippers or a grinder.

How do I keep my pet still?

Short sessions help: a couple of nails, a treat, then a break. For cats, a mesh grooming bag can keep the other paws tucked in.
