Questions, answered
Does it really get out the fur my vacuum misses?
That's what it's made for. The fine copper edge catches loose fur caught in the pile of rugs, carpet and upholstery and drags it up into a pile you can bin. Firm, short strokes in one direction work best, and how much comes up depends on the fabric.
Will it damage my couch or carpet?
On carpet, rugs and textured upholstery, short strokes in one direction are all it takes. Test a small hidden patch first, and skip low-density knitwear and delicate fabrics: fine knits, satin-like fabrics, loose weaves and leather.
Can I use it on my clothes?
Gently, on sturdy fabrics like a wool coat, yes. Skip thin, loosely knitted or delicate clothes: a softer reusable roller is the better pick for those.
Will it work on car seats?
Yes, fabric seats and floor mats are a great fit. Pull it toward you in short strokes and pick up the pile as you go. It isn't meant for leather or faux-leather seats.
How do I clean it?
Pull the fur pile off by hand, then wipe the blade and handle with a cloth. There are no sheets to replace and nothing to charge.
What if it doesn't suit my fabrics?
Fabrics vary. If something isn't right, you can return it under our returns policy. Email us and we'll walk you through it.
