Will it fall off when my cat swats it?

Three suction cups hold it in place. Clean the glass, wet the cups lightly and press each firmly. Re-press them if one loosens.

What surfaces does it stick to?

Smooth, flat, non-porous surfaces: windows, glass doors, mirrors, glazed tiles and smooth cupboard doors. It won't hold on rough or painted walls.

Can the balls fall out?

They're made to stay inside the wavy track while rolling. Check the track now and then and put the toy away if a ball comes loose.

Does it need batteries?

No, it's powered entirely by your cat's paws.

What if my cat ignores it?

Put it at your cat's favourite window and roll the balls yourself a few times. If it still isn't right, you can return it under our returns policy.
